Return And Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. We prioritize 100% customer satisfaction; if you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at @powher-sfw, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that returns are only accepted for quality defects or discrepancies from the description provided. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health and personal care items. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as books with obvious signs of use or opened CDs, DVDs, or software. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, as well as items returned more than 30 days after delivery, may also qualify for partial refunds.

Once we receive and your return, we will notify you via email about its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Additionally, check with your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at @powher-sfw.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email us at @powher-sfw.

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return after we receive the returned item. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, please mail it to Powher, a non-profit organization. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely, partnering with various courier companies for an excellent shipping experience. Our products ship from our warehouses, typically taking 2-5 days for delivery. However, larger orders may take up to 7 days to process.
