Vocational skills training

This program focuses on training and developing the practical skills of women, with a special emphasis on those who are differently abled. The goal is to enhance their capabilities and provide them with specific skill sets that can lead to gainful engagement and independence, empowering them to contribute effectively in various sectors of society.

Self-Employment

By utilizing the skills women acquire through training programs, this initiative generates employment opportunities tailored for them. It equips them to support themselves and their families financially by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, enabling them to either work independently or collaborate with others in small business ventures.

Rehabilitation

This program aims to open up new avenues for differently abled individuals, young girls, and women who have faced societal or economic setbacks. By empowering them with relevant skills and support, it helps restore their dignity, rebuild their confidence, and reintegrate them as active, respected participants in society.

Self Help Groups

This initiative involves forming and nurturing self-help groups that function as small, self-sustaining units. These groups are guided to develop production and marketing systems, allowing them to manufacture goods and deliver services that meet the demands of local markets, all while fostering community collaboration and mutual economic upliftment.

Awareness

The awareness initiative is dedicated to informing women about their legal rights, social entitlements, and the importance of self-worth. It also includes facilitating access to learning platforms and training sessions, so they are better informed, more confident, and able to take control of their lives with knowledge and purpose.
